PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site is subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Shipping policy

Mother Earth Minerals will ship your order by UPS.(USPS, FedEx Available by Request).  Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on destination.  For faster delivery, you can utilize expedited shipping.

Mother Earth Minerals shipping costs vary by weight and destination. Additional shipping fees may apply to all orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and Canada. Additional shipping fees also apply to all international orders.

Orders received by 1 PM Mountain Time, Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day, provided that items are in stock. Orders received after 1 PM Mountain Time, Monday through Friday will be processed the next business day

All orders received over the weekend (Friday - Sunday) will not be processed until Monday a.m., and will then be shipped that day.

All shipments to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via USPS.  As this is not our usual carrier, orders may take a day longer than usual to ship.

About International Shipping

Mother Earth Minerals is NOT responsible for any customs, taxes, and/or duties levied by foreign custom. Buyer should check with local customs agency about duties before purchasing.

Returns

Mother Earth Minerals will refund the purchase price for all authorized returns within 30 days of purchase. Please call (866) 989-9876 or E-Mail us  to authorize in advance of return. Returned products must be unopened and sealed, unless defective. We will not be responsible for shipping and handling on returned items. Orders that are incorrectly placed with Mother Earth Minerals, or placed in error, will be refunded for the full purchase price, less the shipping charge incurred by Mother Earth Minerals.  There is a 20% restocking fee on returned items.  We recommend using UPS, FedEx or some other form of insured mail for returns as we cannot be responsible for items that never make it back to our warehouse.

Items that are older than 30 days will be taken back on an individual basis only. Please contact us to see if you are eligible for a refund.

Back Orders

While we always try to ship orders completely, occasionally back orders do occur. Short term back orders will be filled as soon as they become available. If we are out of an item, we will notify you promptly via email or phone. In addition, we will ship the part of your order that is in stock so you don't have to wait on your whole order for one item. There is no additional shipping charge if this occurs.

Return to Sender Orders

All orders shipped to addresses incorrectly supplied by the customer will be reshipped at the expense of the customer. The customer will be notified of reshipped packages before reshipping. In regards to orders shipped to the correct address, if delivery is incorrectly refused by the recipient, and the package is returned to sender, the recipient will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to reship the package.

How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, unsubscribe by following the provided link at the bottom of every e-mail newsletter.

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

Changes to our policy

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page. Policy changes will apply only to information collected after the date of the change.

Typographical Errors
